OUR POLICIES

We founded Made4U with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

Returns/Exchanges: Any returns must be undamaged and unopened; Must be within the first 10 days of receiving shipments. Any and all lost packages must file claim through shipping agent such as UPS or USPS with tracking number that was provided. No refund will be provided to any damaged or opened goods. If you are unsatisfied with the product or color an exchange can be made, we just ask you email us. We do have a policy with Siser that thats if you have HTV that is not transferring to your product CALL US. We will make sure we make it right for you! Email with your phone number for a representative to reach out to you! No refund will occur until products are received. Once received refunds can take up to 10 days to process. 

Shipping Policy: All order placed any business day before 2 pm will be shipped same day. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or any holiday will be shipped next business day. All shipping policies are subject to change. Any product not in stock can be ordered before 3 pm once received orders will be mailed out. I always call every customer if there is ever an issue. Orders can not be canceled or refunded until product is returned unopened and undamaged. Any shipping claims must be filed with carrier.
